WHAT'S NEW AT PROPHECY CENTRAL?

This has been an eventful month for Prophecy Central. We obtained our own domain name and moved our primary site to this new URL: http://www.Bible-prophecy.com
That should be real easy to remember, but be sure to bookmark it!

We posted "Overview of Prophecy" (from last month's newsletter), as an introduction to the study of future things and added hyperlinks to The Blue Letter Bible for all the references in the article, as well as hyperlinks to each relevant piece of "The Prophecy Puzzle."

An archives was established for past issues of this newsletter, and the first issue was placed online.

Please remember that we can not agree with everything you might find on these sites. Study of Bible Prophecy requires constant application of the "Berean Bible Study Method." A recent addition to this extensive collection of online articles and books is J. Timothy Unruh"s "The Present Day UFO-Alien Abduction Phenomenon as interpreted from a Biblical Precedent." The author shows that UFO sightings, which occur somewhere on Earth about once every three minutes, are most likely demonic apparitions. He relates it to the theory, held by many, that the "Nephelim" of Genesis 6 were produced by fallen angels. The online edition of this book was posted January 15, 1997.

In this transcript of their November 17, 1996 television broadcast, the Lalonde brothers explain that, because of Star Wars, Jurrasic Park, and other popular portrayals of scientific future, the lines between reality and fantasy have been blurred. Peter Lalonde says, "Suddenly we are ready to believe anything is possible. Maybe people will be able to believe after the rapture takes place that these people have been beamed up on transporter beams intoUFOs above the Earth. …The point is this generation is willing to believe anything."

In a transcript of a recent broadcast by John Ankerberg, his Dr. Jimmy De Young claimed that a prestigious Rabbi told him he had actually seen the Ark of the Covenant under the Temple area, but that they would not bring it out yet because there is not a Temple into which to place it.

This article focuses on the plans for a Global Internet Gathering on February 22 as part of a five-year plan to unite all beliefs under the banner of the New Age. The authors believe that the deliberate choice of 2/22 for this event by its occultic planners, starting at 2:22, and supported by a special broadcast which will be 2 hours and 22 minutes is a planned "signature" adding up to 666 (222+222+222).

In any case, this will be an interesting day to watch. Another interesting comment by the author is that he wonders what President Clinton, Vice-President Al Gore, or President Gorbachev have planned for that day?
